When it comes to home renovations, my husband is not a fan – at all. I think even the thought of a renovation makes him a little crazy. If he had it his way, the only renovations would be on the homes we are buying and flipping!
So instead of fully renovating rooms in our home, we do a few things:
- Remove/Add Shelving
- Buy Decor
Currently, I am loving all of the bathroom inspiration – and also trying to convince my husband that a guest bathroom renovation is happening this year – but I am not giving up!
Here are some bathroom vibes I am loving that are not only affordable, but require no major renovations! That’s a win-win in my book!
I really like the modern, boho vibes, with a touch of natural elements. I think it looks clean, timeless, and it’s tasteful for all ages!
Nordstrom Bathroom Picks
Here is some bathroom inspiration that you can get all at Nordstrom. For the most part, everything is pretty affordable. There are a few splurge pieces, but I definitely think they are well worth it and can translate into any part of your home.
See all the items above. I’ve also shared all of the items below and why I love them!
Bath Towels | My favorite towels, EVER. I purchased these about a year and a half ago and haven’t looked back. With hundreds of great reviews, these are the perfect balance between soft, absorbent, and luxury.
I 150% recommend these over and over again! If you love the towels, splurge on the bath sheets. They are larger and next on my wishlist!
Washcloth | I use washcloths daily to wash my face and while I love buying them in bulk, I love have a handful of really nice ones. Especially when we have guests staying, I like the consistency in the quality of the bath towels and washcloths.
Shower Curtain | While I don’t have a need for a shower curtain in my current bathroom, this one is GORGEOUS! I always think shower curtains should be a splurge. They are not only utilized for privacy, but they are often the largest piece of art in a bathroom.
Bathroom Accents | From your soap or lotion dispenser to the kleenex tissue holder, I love how these lightly stamped gold accessories give the pop that is needed in the bathroom without being overwhelming. This bar soap holder is perfect for soap or for trinkets and this holder is great for toothbrushes or makeup brushes!
Hand Soap | Definitely a splurge, but I love having this on hand in the guest bathroom. It smells amazing and is a statement piece all on it’s own. Here’s the soap and lotion combo!
Candle | I am obsessed with candles and have them all over my home. This diptyque candle is awesome! If you can only splurge on the soap above or this candle, I’d opt for the hand soap, because you can get some good candles at a few different places.
Decorative Art | This floral art piece is the perfect way to add a little bit of color to my black and white taste! You can add this piece anywhere in the home as well.
Plants | ALWAYS add a little bit of greenery in every single room in your home. If you don’t have natural sunlight, opt for simple but artificial succulent.
Baskets | I am a huge basket hoarder. You can use them everywhere and for everything! Keys, decorative, pillows, blankets, plants and more!
